Our Simple 4-Step Design Process
We would love to be a part of your important day. All the work we do is truly bespoke and includes wedding invitations, thank you cards, directions card, menus, wedding programs, table plans, name cards and gift tags to complete your stationery suite.
Step 1 - Your Complimentary Consultation
The first step is your complimentary consultation where we will discuss your wedding theme, colours, and any special details that you wish to incorporate. Any details from your wedding or event can be used for inspiration on your design.
Step 2 - Estimate/Time Line
We will then send you confirmation of the total cost and design time line.
Step 3 - Beginning the Design Process
The first draft will consist of up to 3 design options that will incorporate the theme discussed in your consultation. You can then make any comments/amends for further drafts that lead to the final design. This process usually takes 1-3 weeks but we can fast track this if necessary.
Step 4 - Digital Proof & Printing
You will then get a final printed proof to sign off and an invoice. Once the invoice is paid we proceed to the printing stage, which takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
Q: When should I order my invitations?
A: As soon as you know your wedding date, venue and certain details such as colours you are ready to contact us. We recommend ordering your invitations 4-5 months in advance, the earlier the better.
Name cards and table plans are often left until a few weeks before the wedding date.
